Your College Station, TX family owned and operated Pillar To Post Professional Home Inspector strives to have your home inspection booked, performed and delivered, so you have time to review and make an educated decision on your home purchase.
To facilitate time constraints of all involved in a home sale, a Supra Display Key is used to ensure the inspection proceeds even if the client or realtor cannot be present on a scheduled inspection.
When you choose Pillar To Post you choose a complete “Home Inspection Package”, a Professional Home Inspection, not “just a home inspection”. As an example, we have (3) different home inspection packages that you can choose from that allow you to pick valued services as you determine for you and your family. Concerned about moisture or electrical issues? Are you concerned about asthma or breathing issues?
Additional service areas include:
Kingwood, The Woodlands, Magnolia, Conroe, Fulshear, Navasota, Hempstead, Hearne, Brenham, Somerville, Caldwell, Hill Top, Franklin, Bryan, and College Station.

“Inspection fees are relative to the type and scope of the home inspection provided. The fee for a complete home inspection is based on the size, age, and the type of structure (i.e., duplex versus single family home). Just as every home is different, every client has specific needs. A true home inspection is not “one size fits all”.
Call me so we discuss your concerns about your home, or prospective purchase, and allow me to fit your Pillar To Post Home Inspection to your specific needs.”
